Quin Sports & Nets make nets for jetties and beaches to protect swimmers from sharks and other predators.
The nets drop to the sea floor with weights and are installed with floats at the headline to stop the net from sinking. This is an extremely effective method for preventing predators from attacking people.
In order to prevent the net from being ripped, we use strong net. The specifications are 4mm black braided polyethylene netting, 80mm square mesh slung to 5mm 316 stainless steel cable or 18mm rope headline.
